Help and support

Email support@slpstudyhub.com from the address on your account, so we can find it. Replies come by email.

The same account works on slpstudyhub.com and in the SLP Study Hub app for iPhone and Android, so one address covers both.

Get help

Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. Say whether you were on the web or in the app, and which device. A screenshot helps.

A question
On the web, signed in, use “Something off with this question?” under the explanation. In the app, choose Report a problem while you study. Either way the report names the exact question.
A study outline
Email support@slpstudyhub.com with the outline and the line. Changes to content are dated in the corrections log.
Signing in
On the web, choose “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page. In the app, enter your email and tap Forgot password. If you still cannot get in, email us from the address on your account.
Anything else
Email support@slpstudyhub.com. Do not include patient names or other identifiable health information.

The SLP Study Hub app

The app for iPhone and Android signs in to your SLP Study Hub account. There is no separate app account: your answers, flashcard progress, weekly set results and study plan are the same on the web and in the app.

Signing in
Use the sign-in method you use on the web: email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google. If you chose Hide My Email the first time you used Sign in with Apple, your account uses Apple’s relay address, not your usual email address.
Studying offline
The app keeps question sets on your device. Answers you give offline are sent to your account when you reconnect.
Study reminder
The daily reminder is set on your device from Account in the app. Turn it off there or in your phone’s notification settings.
Signing out
Signing out removes this account’s study data, saved questions and downloaded audio from the phone. Everything that has synced stays in your account. If any answers have not synced, the app says so before you confirm, tries once more to send them, and removes any it could not send.
Links that start with slpstudyhub.com/app
These open the app on a phone that has it. Without the app, the link opens a web page that points to the same place on the site.

Delete your account

In the app, open Today, tap your initials at the top right to open Account, then choose Delete account. On the web, open Settings and choose Delete account. Deletion takes effect right away and cannot be undone.

The account deletion page has the full steps, what is deleted, what is kept, and what to do if you cannot sign in.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy covers the site and the app, with a section on what the app collects and keeps on your device. The app has no advertising and no tracking tools. For a privacy request, email support@slpstudyhub.com from the address on your account.
